How does this shipping stuff work?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your items to be delivered, unless otherwise stated in the product description. In some cases it may take a few extra business days during holidays and holiday sales. In most cases please allow 24-48 hours once your item has been shipped for tracking information to become available.


I bought something, when will it be SHIPPED?

Orangeblush offers shipping on items with in the continental United States and Canada. These orders are typically shipped USPS Parcel Post, which dependent on the area being shipped to can take 7-10 business days to arrive. 

At times, free shipping options may be excluded from Canada, due to handling fees and international tariffs. 

If you need items expedited, you may choose between a $15-$35 shipping option (applies to US orders only). All orders at the $15 dollar rate will be sent via USPS Priority Mail typically a 2-3 day turnaround time. Orders at the expedited value of $35 rate will be shipped USPS Express Mail, which in most cases takes 1 business day to arrive. All orders are processed and shipped with in 48 hours of the order placement. All orders placed after 4pm Pacific time will be processed the next business day.

The holiday buying season and shipping spike that occurs can inundate carriers and force delays. Orangeblush tries to make every effort possible to process and shift purchases swiftly, but will not be held responsible for delays in transit that are beyond control of Orangeblush.com. Please shop early for the items you wish to give to ensure the proper delivery time.


ACK! Im so sad I have to make a return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most new, unopened items with the tags and packaging in tact. This does exclude all jewelry items. Returns must be made within 21 days of purchase date for a full refund. If the items has not been returned to us within 21 days of purchase date, it will not be eligible for a refund. Orangeblush will cover shipping costs only if the return is due to our error. For example, you received a defective item or incorrect item different from what your invoice states, etc) if the return is not due to Ornageblush.com error, you will be responsible for shipping of the item back to us with a tracking number.


When returning your items, please send First Class USPS with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, FedEx Ground or Express Saver, or UPS, with a tracking number. Once the item is received by Orangeblush, we will process the return and shipping costs incurred as a result of error on Orangeblush’s behalf. Do not ship overnight.

Oh no! How do I cancel my Order?

If you need to cancel an order, this must be done with in 24 hours of placing the order by calling 858-751-4496 or emailing info@orangeblush.com. After 24 hours, the order has been processed and may be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. Sale items are excluded and can not be cancelled or returned after an order is placed. At times when we necessary, we may cancel an order due to oversold, backorder or an item is not shippable to the destination.

Help, it was damaged or it is defective!
If you should happen to receive an item damaged due to delivery services, please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. The claims must be filed with in 3 days for damaged or defective merchandise. Any damages to packaging or products, must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for Orangeblush to process a damage claim. Please be proactive and include photos of the damages and packaging when requesting the claim. Keep all damaged packing materials including the box in which the shipment arrived. If these items are not kept, we can not file a claim with the delivery carrier. Claims must be reported immediately by emailing info@orangeblush or calling 858-751-4496, any claims received after 3 days of delivery will not be processed.
